Food is a wonderful vehicle for discovering Iran with its fabulous regional produce featuring in stews, rice dishes, kebabs and desserts. Imagine a verdant, landscape filled with rice paddies, tea plantations and olive groves. Those unfamiliar with Iranian food often assume that it is fiery or spicy, perhaps befitting the country’s climate or politics. But it is, in fact, gentle and soothing, a poetic balance of subtle spices such as dried limes, saffron and rosewater. Slow-cooked stews, known as khoresh, and elaborate rice dishes layered with herbs, vegetables, nuts and dried fruit are the bedrocks of Persian cuisine, creating a dazzling mosaic of scents, textures and colours at the dining table. Regional and seasonal delicacies are plentiful, making the most of Iran’s bountiful produce.

1TehranStart at 8:30 in the morning, your guide is waiting for you at the hotel lobby to take you to the kitchen, after we will go to Tajrish Bazaar one of the traditional Iranian fresh markets to buy basic ingredients for cooking. Tajrish Bazaar is an old kind of miniature model of Tehran grand bazaar. It is also vibrant when you walk through it. 

After that, we will get back to the kitchen and its time you put your apron up and start cooking we have some local food recipe to follow.so in this tour you not only get to cook your own lunch but a traditional Persian lunch. Enjoy the Persian cuisine creating a dazzling mosaic of scents, texture and colours at the dining table. you learn the basic conventional contents of Persian culinary, also you learn how to mix them to make delectable Iranian dishes. We provide a friendly warm atmosphere for you to enjoy cooking as well as feasting your group. Once the food is ready we taste our own cuisine. This tour ends with a memorable chat alongside drinking Iranian tee and sweets. the we will go back to the hotel.
