|2||Tehran||After breakfast, full city tour in Tehran. then we eat a traditional Iranian dish: Chelo Kebab. It is prepared of lamb or chicken over charcoal and piled high onto mounds of buttery rice. It is served with grilled tomatoes, strained yoghurt, fresh herbs and crunchy sour pickles. Chelo kebab is one of the cornerstones of Iranian cuisine.|

|3||Tehran-Ramsar||After breakfast, we drive to Ramsar (the town on the north of Iran located on the coast of Caspian Sea )It is famous for its beautiful beach, forested foothills, hot springs and tasty seafood. we Visit Yelagh and Gheshlagh areas of Ramsar. we will go to visit telecabin ( the largest man-made tourist attraction in the region ) You will fly from the seashore to the top of the mountains and enjoy beautiful views. Lunch in the traditional restaurant during which you will try local white fish served with stewed vegetables and cold appetizers. You will also try doogh – the most famous drink in Iran. Another spectacular dish of Northern Iran is baghala ghatogh made with Rashti fava beans, dill, and eggs. It is usually served with Persian rice dish of northern provinces such as Gilan and Mazandaran. Ghezel ala ba narenj – (trout) with bitter orange and Persian sturgeon flavoured with tangy tamarind and fragrant barberries are the popular local fish dishes which are advised to try as well. The later is considered a perfect dish for Nowrooz, the Persian New Year.|

|4||Ramsar-Rasht-Anzali||After breakfast drive to Rasht -the capital of Gilan province located at a distance of 40 kilometres from the shore of the Caspian Sea.Lunch in the traditional restaurant during which you will try fasenjoon – one of the most famous dishes in the north of Iran, especially in Rasht. It is a stewed pomegranate puree with ground walnuts, chopped onions, and chunks of poultry or balls of ground meat. It is usually served with rice. The other no less tasty dish that is worth trying is ghorme gabzi (“stewed greens”). It’s made of parsley, spinach, leeks, coriander, kidney beans, dried lemons, dried fenugreek leaves and turmeric-seasoned lamb or beef.|
in the afternoon we drive to Anzali – a harbour town on the Caspian Sea, close to Rasht. Here you will have a pleasant boat ride to the lagoon. During the tour, you will see beautiful sea birds and fishermen near the port.

|5||Rasht-Masooleh-Tehran||Drive to Masouleh – the thousand-year-old village located in the foothills of Gilan. Here we will get acquainted with the traditions of rural Iran and the simple life away of the technology. The place is also famous for its tasty vegetarian cuisine, where the main place is occupied by mirza ghasemi. It is prepared of smoky aubergines which are first grilled over hot coals and then gently fried with tender young garlic, plump tomatoes and plenty of local olive oil. After having lunch in Masouleh we will move to Tehran.|
